We have a Board of Directors comprising representatives fom the Government, ASTRI, the Hong Kong Jockey Club and the business sector.

The Board of Directors steers and makes decisions on the undertakings of HKJCICM. It is supported by a Strategic Advisory Panel and a Pool of Technical Advisors which tender advice on strategic directions and technical matters respectively.

The Executive Director (ED), supported by his team, is responsible for daily management, planning, administration and execution of business activities. Project management, intellectual property and information management, business development, and corporate administration and communications are core business functions.
