項目背景

This Project aims to develop three new drugs for myocardial ischemia/angina and hyperlipidemia based on Puerarin, a major active compound of Radix Puerariae (RP).  JCM-01021 is a new drug consists of a chemical complex for myocardial ischemia, JCM-01022 is a Fu fang with two active components for modulation of blood lipids, whereas JCM-01023 is a structural modification of a single compound with enhanced bioavailability. 

產品特徵

• 與GAP基地合作，通過有效成份/限量成份含量的測定及指紋圖譜研究，以保障原藥材的品質

• 通過研發一先進的載藥系統，達致提高該中藥產品的生物利用度

• 以現代動物藥理實驗模型和科學儀器進行該中藥產品的藥效及安全性評價

• 發展該中藥產品的提取、分離和精製技術
