Step 1: Seeking Quotations
You may request for quotations of the items listed in the product catalog through submission of Standard Quotation Request Form. The form is available in the catalog (page 10) and can be downloaded from our website (http://www.hkjcicm.org/chemical_marker/). You may copy the form for repeat and future use.

Prices to be quoted are in Hong Kong Dollars, including delivery within the territory of Hong Kong unless special delivery is requested (i.e. delivery on specific date and time; delivery on specific condition, etc.). For overseas customers, shipment will be effected on the free on board (FOB) Hong Kong basis and freight charge will be quoted case by case. Prices quoted shall be valid for 30 days and subject to change at HKJCICM’s sole discretion without further notice.
Step 2: Confirmation of Order
Ordering with HKJCICM can be confirmed by signing on our quotation and returning it to us via fax or email stated above. An invoice shall be sent to you to confirm our acceptance of your order.
All purchases are subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions for Sale of Products stipulated in the Product Catalog (page 14), and on this website.
Delivery
For local customers in Hong Kong, all products, unless otherwise stated in the quotation or invoice, are generally delivered within two weeks of the issuance of the invoice. For overseas customers, the products will be despatched within two weeks after payment has been received. Customers are responsible for customs clearance in the importing country and abide by all laws applicable.
Payment
All payment terms are expressed in Hong Kong dollars. Payment can be settled in net 30 days from the date of the invoice or cash on delivery (C.O.D.). HKJCICM reserves its right to change the payment terms and conditions from time to time without any further notice.
We accept crossed cheques (payee: “Hong Kong Jockey Club Institute of Chinese Medicine Limited-JCICM-1-07”) and please mail the cheque to the address listed in “How to Order” section above. Please mark “Order for Chemical Markers” and the invoice number on the envelop for payment settlement.
New Customers
We request that first orders be delivered C.O.D. or be held for cheque clearance in advance.
Product Documentation
With the purchase of any Chemical Marker, a Certificate of Analysis (COA) will be provided free of charge.
Return and Replacement Policy
You may request for replacement within 7 days of the delivery of any product purchased which is proved with sufficient documentary evidence that it does not conform to the purity as specified in the product label or the COA. Please contact us for instruction and procedures for product replacement.
Research Use
The HKJCICM chemical markers are intended for research use only and should not be used for any other purpose. The responsibility for proper handling and uses of the products rest solely with the buyer and/or user.
