In accordance with the rules and regulations governing tenders and biddings in the People’s Republic of China (PRC), Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province (DSTGP) recently announced the results of the “2007 Guangdong Hong Kong Technology Cooperation Funding Scheme”. Solicitation of proposals under the scheme started on 17 September 2007 with vetting and assessment completed on 22 November 2007. The scheme was administered by DSTGP and jointly monitored by DSTGP and other related government agencies.
