We have a Board of Directors comprising representatives fom the Government, ASTRI, the Hong Kong Jockey Club and the business sector.

The Board of Directors steers and makes decisions on the undertakings of HKJCICM. It is supported by a Strategic Advisory Panel and a Technical Advisory Panel which tender advice on strategic directions and technical matters respectively.

At this start-up stage, a simple organisational structure has been adopted. The Executive Director (ED) and his team are responsible for daily management, planning, administration and execution of business activities. Project and information management are core business functions.
