The SAP advises HKJCICM on matters relating to strategic development. Advisors are appointed on an ad personum basis. The Terms of Reference of SAP are:

(1) To advise on strategic development direction of HKJCICM

(2) To advise on strategic research and development (R&D) directions

(3) To review the project portfolio and activities supporting the strategic development of HKJCICM

To complement the strong business orientation of the Board, the SAP consists of a panel of eminent international scientists and individuals.
