The TAP advises HKJCICM on scientific and technical matters. Advisors are appointed on an ad personum basis for a one-year term. The Terms of Reference of TAP are:
(1) To advise on scientific and technical matters relating to CM development
(2) To advise on scientific and technical matters relating to new and on-going projects
